Handle points

FILE XYZ PARTIAL IMPORTATION It allows to import large size xyz files, e.g. laser scanning ones. The separator has to be "space". It's the faster way to import DEM file.
Levelling and Earthworks

UPDATE 3D GRADINGS Updates the 3D faces created with 3D Gradings command after changes made on the original polyline.

DELETE 3D GRADINGS Delete all the 3D faces created by 3D gradings command by selecting one triangle or the original polyline.

Alignment Axis

DELETE HECTOMETRIC ON ALIGNMENT This command allows you to delete the hectometrics by selecting one only.

ROAD POLYCENTRIC Allows to draw a polycentric curve between two straights including arcs, entrance, exit and transition clothoid curves.

POLYCENTRIC WITH ARCS ONLY Allows user to draw a polycentric curve between two straights. The transition curve is made up of arcs.

EDIT POLYCENTRIC Allows to edit a polycentric (See above).

SPIRAL POLYCENTRIC The command draws a spiral transition between two straights

REVERSING PARABOLA The command draws a reversing parabola between two straights.

AUTOMATIC PLAN DESIGN A new command allows users to create a design plan in one step. No needs design cross sections.
Profiles

INSERT ELEVATION LABEL The command inserts the elevation symbol (triangle+elevation) on the selected point in a profile frame.

RECALCULATE PROFILES CALCULATED BY MODEL Allows to update profiles calculated from 3D models.

Sections

INSERT ELEVATION LABEL The command inserts the elevation symbol (triangle+elevation) on the selected point in a section frame.

ELEVATION LABEL IN POLYLINE CD-SE-QUOTA The command inserts the elevation symbol (triangle+elevation) in every polyline vertex on the CD-SE-QUOTA layer in the enabled frames.

Main Menu

ALIGNMENT/PROFILE EDITOR The Alignment/Profile Editor command offers a new palette of tools, which allow you to modify an inserted alignment or profile, and a dynamic view to comply with the regulations as provided for by the Italian Road Regulations.
The command operates on dynamic alignments and profiles only: these can be obtained by enabling the “Use Dynamic Alignment” variable of CIVIL Design.
MANAGER The Manager command is a tool that allows you to have a complete overview of the alignments, profiles and sections contained in a dwg file.

ALIGNMENT AXIS The alignment axis can be switched to dynamic mode and beeing modified by using grips or a parameter table. Verifications of italian norms are dynamically re-calculated.

SET ROAD REGULATIONS User can save a customized design cross section.

CLOTHOID CIRCLE CLOTHOID Now it is possible to set the N parameter while creating a clothoid.

3D AUTOMATIC CORRIDOR It's the evolution of the 3D Corridor command: user can create a 3D model including marginal elements as retaining walls, curbs, gutter, ditches. Any alignment change automatically updates it.

CALCULATE ROTATIONS AND WIDENINGS Any alignment change automatically updates rotations and widenings.. It draws the complete design platform. User can assign different design sections along an alignment axis: cross sections variations are automatically managed.

DRAW CORRIDOR FROM SECTIONS Any alignment change automatically updates it.

ALIGNMENT LABELLING Any alignment change automatically updates it. User can draw a copy parameter tables in a specified point in the model space.

SECTIONS ON ALIGNMENT Any change automatically updates the entire project.

Cross Sections

AUTOMATIC SECTIONS FROM TEMPLATES
A name is automatic assigned to each bench point of a grading. It allows to obtain plan representation of gradings with benches.

LABEL DATA BANDS The labelling is updated after alignment changes.
